Welcome to Gaco Roof 100% Silicone Roof Coating, the ultimate solution for sealing and repairing existing roofs while providing lifelong protection against leaks and weather damage. Gaco Roof innovative silicone formula creates a seamless membrane that outperforms and outlasts traditional coatings, ensuring peace of mind for decades to come.

Key Features:

  • 100% Silicone: Gaco Roof's unique chemistry guarantees long-lasting performance, surpassing acrylic, urethane, asphalt, and Hypalon® coatings.
  • No Primer Required: With Gaco Roof, primer isn't necessary on most surfaces, including built-up roofs, metal, modified bitumen, and sprayed polyurethane foam.
  • Permanently Flexible: Our coating remains flexible, maintaining adhesion even under permanent ponding water or snow pack, unlike other coatings that degrade over time.
  • Withstands Ponding Water: Designed to withstand ponding water, Gaco Roof stays durable without softening, bubbling, or degrading.
  • Non-Sacrificial: Unaffected by harsh UV rays and temperature extremes, Gaco Roof ensures long-lasting protection without sacrificing quality.
  • Prevents Costly Tear-Offs: By recoating your weathered roof with Gaco Roof, you extend its life and avoid the need for costly tear-offs, saving time and money.
