Mega Sealer is an ultra Premium, 100% acrylic, high-solids, multi-surface primer/sealer specially formulated to resists “alkali burn” commonly associated with new cementitious substrates and to seal and condition surfaces prior to painting. Its special formulation provides excellent coverage and adhesion with ease of application. It dries fast, is mildew resistant, resists bleeding of stains and markings, is non-yellowing, and has excellent priming and sealing properties. It may be top-coated with both water-based and alkyd/oil-based finish coatings.

COVERAGE: 300 – 400 Sq. Ft. / Gal. (Depending on Application & Surface Porosity.)
DRY TIME: (@ 70º F & 50% Relative Humidity)
- To Touch: 1 – 2 Hours
- Recoat: 4 – 6 Hours, or after overnight.
PREP: The entire surface area to be painted should be clean, dry, sound, and free from dirt, grease, oils, waxes, curing agents, mildew and any other surface contaminants that may adversely affect the performance of this coating material.
APPLICATION: May be easily applied with a quality brush, roller cover, or airless spray equipment.
